As they are body piercing products, Violet Chic cannot Return or Exchange your product, due to Hygiene and Health Regulations.

We do not offer a Refund if you change your mind.

If you believe the item you have purchased is faulty. According to Australian Consumer Law we will Repair or Exchange faulty products.

2: Please wait until Return Instructions are sent via email.

3: Any Exchanges or Repairs will be processed within 10 working Business days of receiving your parcel, and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.
